You have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 working days from the day after the day on which you receive the goods that you have ordered. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling the order within this time. To return goods to us, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded/insured delivery service for returning goods. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us. Please return goods to: Our Favourite Things, Unit 1, Battersea Business Centre, 99 -109 Lavender Hill, London SW11 5QL . Where at all possible, we would appreciate it if you could either email us (sales@rjbstone.com) or telephone us (0207 228 0281 - customer services number open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) before returning goods, however this does not affect your rights. Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back with us in a new and unused condition, in their original immediate packaging, along with the relevant RJB Stone receipt. Where a refund is required, we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation. If an alternative item is required, please specify product code and colour.

Please note that if the item is not faulty, and you require goods in exchange, a further carriage charge may be required.
